Used this company as a first time veteran home owner and first responder, and they were a absolute nightmare, they missed multiple issues a inspector should of noticed to include a fist sized hole in the roof, a rotted structural super gutter, and excess moisture in the walls. After contacting the company to make it right the owner met with me at the house and saw the faults and agreed they should’ve been noted. The owner told me he would pay for the issues to be fixed then blocked my number the next day. Every time I called the company and asked to speak with him he would be on vacation for months. This unqualified company should not be responsible for inspecting your home and they should not have your trust.

Ryan was our inspector for our residential home purchase. He did an excellent job. He was very detailed and thorough and had no problem explaining things to my husband who was there for the inspection. He sent a detailed report the same day and made us feel very comfortable going into this big process of homebuying. The company was efficient and quick and the price was unbeatable for the service we received. I’d highly recommend this company if you’re in need of inspection!

The inspector (Ryan) was personable, knowledgeable and thorough. He didn't hesitate to answer my questions and pointed out items of concern. He did my inspection on another home just weeks earlier and found defective roof which saved us from making the purchase. I would recommend USA Home Inspections to family and friends.
