Ryan was our inspector for our residential home purchase. He did an excellent job. He was very detailed and thorough and had no problem explaining things to my husband who was there for the inspection. He sent a detailed report the same day and made us feel very comfortable going into this big process of homebuying. The inspector (Ryan) was personable, knowledgeable and thorough. He didn't hesitate to answer my questions and pointed out items of concern. He did my inspection on another home just weeks earlier and found defective roof which saved us from making the purchase. I would recommend USA Home Inspections to family and friends.
