Trademark Electric made the entire process of installing my new 26kW Generac standby home generator, and buried 250 gallon propane tank seamless. Coral was incredible, as she stayed in touch every step of the way and made sure everything was handled with care and precision. Trevon was very knowledgeable during the initial walkthrough, and Shilow helped keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. Really impressed with the professionalism and communication from start to finish. I love my new generator. I am so glad I chose Trademark for my whole house generator. First, Coral and Shlloh in the office are fantastic! Answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns in a professional manner.
As for the installation, Gregg and "G" were GREAT! Friendly, informative and knowledgeable. They did a wonderful job, very organized and neat. I highly recommend Trademark Electric!

I signed in October and was installed in Feburary. They came on time and were very professional. Tested everything before leaving.
The next day Fireplace installers came to put in tank and lines. They came on time and did a good job. Even moved excess dirt to my back field.
T&D propane came 3 days later to fill tank and connect. Tested everything.
Even helped me set up my mobilelink app on my phone.
This was a very good experience. I would recommend them to anyone.
The office staff at all three offices were very helpful and easy to deal with as well.

Had a Quote from this company for whole home generator. I told them I was shopping for the best price when I asked for a Quote, Their Rep came I questions prices ,that is what the Quote was all about. Had a 3rd quote today after which I sent an email to let this company know I would not be using them, because their price was higher than I would have liked. Then he sent an email to several people including the gas company I was trying to get a quote from today, that also returned to me and said "I would not waste your time going out to verify this one just yet. Mrs was a handful on the price of everything" so if your worried about your pocketbook like me, I would look elsewhere than this company. They have no respect. Also a 78 year old widow living on a fixed income, so of course I check prices.
