They Answered the phone everytime we called, most don't. Thomas gave us a great price for a quality product including updating hurricane clips. Work quality was excellent they covered my plants and cleaned up during and after. They color matched my vent boots and replaced drip edge. Excellent experience and highly recommend.

We had a new roof put on last month by Thomas Roofing of central fl. Inc. They did an amazing job! The company is localy owned and operated, I am pretty sure we either spoke to every employee at least once. They were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all our questions from product to install and more. They left the yard as clean as they found it when they were done as well. If you are in the market for a new roof I highly recommend giving them a call.

Currently in process of selling my home. Inspection showed water damaged sheathing in the attic that was present prior to roof replacement in February 2022. On Jan 12, 2026 I spoke to Johnathan Mitchell of Thomas Roofing regarding the issue. He and his coworker were at my house in less than an hour to assess the damage. Bexause the sheathing was structurally sound, the stain was treated with an anti-fungual. The buyer's inspector came to examine the area of repair a few days later and was satisfied. I highly recommend Thomas Roofing of Central Florida, Inc.
and am totally pleased with how they handled this issue.

Thomas Roofing went over and beyond this morning with great punctional service. The call came in for a long time client with water damage inside the building, Thomas Roofing inspected the roof and solved the problem with in minutes. Great job team, absolutely a 5 Star Review. I’m very impressed with Thomas Roofing. They traveled from Ocala to Davenport to fix my shingles and provided fast, dependable service. The team was friendly, honest, and took pride in their work. The roof looks great, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs.
