Eric’s first call was impressive, as he introduced himself in a professional manner & provided details of what their role & expectations were to accomplish the survey. They went above & beyond their duties to accommodate our needs, as I was not on-site at the time. Debi was extremely helpful answering questions & following up with pics where the flagged corners were placed. I’m a person who relies on posted reviews & hope my experience with Eric & Debi can be helpful to others. I emailed what I thought would be a simple question to Target survey after they completed a survey for a home I am purchasing. I asked them, "What are the side setbacks to the property I am purchasing." They responded two days later and said the county did not provide setbacks. I said if that is the case, can you please update the survey and say/show there are no side setbacks. All they could do two more days later is write no setbacks provided by the county on the survey. I didn't feel any confidence in that answer so I went directly to the county and spoke to zoning in person (Mr Howington told me there were side setbacks from that property and they could talk to him directly if they wanted). It's been over a week and I can get nothing concrete from Target on the simple side setback question I asked. I talked to a real-estate attorney and he heard it was Target surveying who did the survey and he said oh they went with the cheapest company. I feel that now, based on the customer service I have been provided. I also feel my case is similar to what Giorgiana wrote in her review six months ago, "Target surveying did our survey in 2021 when we first purchased our home and then someone purchased the empty lot next door to us and got his survey done through a different company. Well, it turns out that his survey was correct and ours was not. We ended up getting a second survey from Target and it matched the neighbor's survey, which means that somebody dropped the ball when they originally did our survey. Apparently this is very common for this company and if I take my surveys to the city or the state, this company gets in a lot of trouble and whoever came out and did the survey can lose their license. So buyer beware. Do not use this company. If you have a choice of surveying companies when purchasing a home, choose somebody else. We did not have a choice. It was done for us the closing company. Had we known we would not have spent any money on this company because here it is 4 years later and we have to get a third survey just to replace our fence from the last hurricane.'
It's unfortunate I have to write a review about a company as I have a lot better things to do with my time but after the poor customer service and lack of information provided by Target surveying, I do not want another person to go through this experience.

Debi & Eric are absolutely amazing I just bought property and they came out and informed me of everything they were doing, explained the whole process, and made sure things were done correctly, their service only matched by there personalities, filled with information and care for the client this is a duo I will hire back 100% in the future. My review is for Jen Mathis - Region 2
She is absolutely amazing! I work for a title company who needed a suvrey rushed and done 2 days before the promised date. I asked her if it was possible to get the survey back sooner (mind you this was already ordered as a rush to begin with) and she got it to me THAT DAY!

Guy on the phone refused to help and didn't want to talk at all. Would only have any type of contact through an email and had no basis to go from $350 to $750 saying it was a "large property". The property is .46 of an acre that has existing fencing, basic home, no vegetation in the way that is an existing property for more than 20 years. Snake oil and I will take my business elsewhere.
