This company understands what getting the job done is. We had an issue with a municipality on a renovation we are working on. The city advised that our survey was 3 inches off. Basically, stopping our entire project from beginning. I reached out to Target Survey and spoke with Helen at the office. I explained my situation to her and they had the survey team back out to the property within 24 hours. Good news is the corrections were back to me within 48 hours. This company made everything right and I will not use another survey company moving forward. Great work Target Team!

We have used Target numerous times and both for my self and as a realtor I highly recommend them. On our last property, James went above and beyond for us when county required changes made to survey for permits. Had everything fixed and copies sent out in no time. Wonderfully helpful attitude, definitely a 5 star service.

The team at Target Surveying was extremely helpful. The onsite team conducting the survey addressed questions, kept me advised through the process, and summarized their findings prior to departing. Their corporate rep provided timely updates about the documentation development and created multiple variations for our use in a deed updating process. They were awesome to work with!

I’d give zero stars if I could. Like many reviews they did not finish the job. They gave me a survey stating they put rebar in the ground showing our property lines. No rebar was found. I called about it and was told “that it is not on heard of to not put rebar to show property lines. We usually come out a second time to do that.” (When we ordered the survey we specifically requested that markers be put in). Coming out twice was never communicated to us. When a guy did come back he put rebar in three out of four locations. When I called about that I was told the line must be in the middle of a tree. I requested they come back and mark where on the four foot round tree is the property line. I was told to contact the office. After a couple emails back and forth with the office and not to my surprise, no response as to the guy coming back out to mark where on the tree the property line is. I question my survey and its validity.

Really a bad service I pay almost 2000 dollars for my surveying, and 2 weeks later was my closing for my house when I was the not flag anyway I told to the previous owners and he said that he didn’t what happened, then I called to his company to see if I can have my flag back or 3 D of the land or pic for me make my fence because the paper that gives to your is very confusing and they answer me that I need to pay again for the service. This is wrong , I not recommend this company in case you want to pay twice for the service.
