My review is for Jen Mathis - Region 2
She is absolutely amazing! I work for a title company who needed a suvrey rushed and done 2 days before the promised date. I asked her if it was possible to get the survey back sooner (mind you this was already ordered as a rush to begin with) and she got it to me THAT DAY!

They were simply AMAZING. I needed my survey done sooner because we were living in air bnbs and they agreed to do it the next day and get the survey turned in 2 days later. I hope they know how appreciative I am. I would definitely recommend!

This company understands what getting the job done is. We had an issue with a municipality on a renovation we are working on. The city advised that our survey was 3 inches off. Basically, stopping our entire project from beginning. I reached out to Target Survey and spoke with Helen at the office. I explained my situation to her and they had the survey team back out to the property within 24 hours. Good news is the corrections were back to me within 48 hours. This company made everything right and I will not use another survey company moving forward. Great work Target Team!

Target surveying did our survey in 2021 when we first purchased our home and then someone purchased the empty lot next door to us and got his survey done through a different company. Well, it turns out that his survey was correct and ours was not. We ended up getting a second survey from Target and it matched the neighbor's survey, which means that somebody dropped the ball when they originally did our survey. Apparently this is very common for this company and if I take my surveys to the city or the state, this company gets in a lot of trouble and whoever came out and did the survey can lose their license. So buyer beware. Do not use this company. If you have a choice of surveying companies when purchasing a home, choose somebody else. We did not have a choice. It was done for us the closing company. Had we known we would not have spent any money on this company because here it is 4 years later and we have to get a third survey just to replace our fence from the last hurricane.

The team at Target Surveying was extremely helpful. The onsite team conducting the survey addressed questions, kept me advised through the process, and summarized their findings prior to departing. Their corporate rep provided timely updates about the documentation development and created multiple variations for our use in a deed updating process. They were awesome to work with!
