Our experience with this company was below expectations. The electrician arrived significantly late, in a personal vehicle, and without the necessary tools. Although we were assured someone would be out today, we were contacted to reschedule again. When we voiced our concerns respectfully, the scheduler responded with an unprofessional attitude. They also sent an inaccurate message to the homeowner stating we were “unable” to schedule, when we had simply planned to call back after speaking with her. Overall, the communication and professionalism need improvement.

Sunshine installed a hot water heater. Installation was faulty, contacted them and they quickly sent out a tech and admitted there were problems. Sent two technicians out today and solved all the heater problems. Told us they would send someone out to clean up wall damage incurred on 1st visit. Shawn and Miguel were prompt and explained everything they corrected. It is wonderful in today's world to do business with a company that stands behind there work. If you need a plumbing company that you can rely on call Sunshine and ask for Shawn and Miguel.

Our technician Anthony was wonderful. He was on time, extremely helpful to walk us through the plumbing issue, and provided us quotes for other services we are interested in. Would definitely recommend Sunshine Services for your plumbing needs.

Eric G. Was professional, engaging, answered all my questions, worked easily through quirks in my old plenum above new unit, was organized and kept work area clean! Thank you Eric and Sunshine Services for my new AC and Heat Pump; a job well done. I highly recommend them!
05/24/2025 Update;
Portable AC was leaking condensation water onto floor, overflowing catch container in 1 hr and 50minutes. Troy R. Came up with using a condensation collection and pump to stop the need for emptying container all night! Wonderful! Now I can sleep and have AC until after Memorial Day holiday and Eric or whomever Sunshine Services sends on Tuesday can install my new AC/Heat Pump unit! Thank you Eric and Troy for being so kind to keep the cool air so very necessary these 90+ days. The call center people were very courteous and professional also! Awesome representatives of going above and beyond for customer of Sunshine Services. Thank you!
