Harley, the salesperson we worked with, was absolutely fantastic. He was honest, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He walked us through the entire process, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood our options without any pressure. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and genuinely focused on customer satisfaction.

We found Roofing Pros USA to be an excellent roofing company. Dan and Tamzen guided us through the process with care and precision. The job went just as planned and the clean up was very thorough. Everyone was very professional and courteous and if any small problems did come up they were taken care of immediately. Dan and Tamzen went above and beyond. Thank you for your help, Chris. Gaby Tuck kept us informed of insurance paperwork and updates as the project moved forward. Thank you, Gaby. I'm sure others had a hand in the process also, Thank you too! We had a great roofing crew that showed up on time and worked 10-12 hrs on some VERY hot days to keep the project running on their schedule. We had a very professional crew manager here to answer questions and concerns. The crew also protected our landscaping and did a great job cleaning up at the end of the project. Any problems were quickly dealt with. They cared about our property, not just the finished roof. We'd say, this company operates like a well-oiled machine. Thank you.
