5/5 isn’t enough stars. More like 10/10 experience. Jacob and his team were fantastic every step in the process. The customer experience is outstanding and they are always willing to help with any questions. The installers showed up early and didn’t stop. Finished the work in a day and showed up early the next day to cleanup what was leftover. We are happy they we used Roofing Pro USA and will be recommending to friends and family in the future. Thank you Jacob for everything

Robin Marine was the project manager, he was really good to explain everything to me and to walk me through every step of the project. Cedric was present off and on to measure, making suggestions and inspecting what the crew was doing as the job progressed. The crew worked steadily and finished the job in a day. The cleanup was good. I would recommend Roofing Pro USA.

My name is Mark Laguna and our home was damaged by Hurricane Milton on Oct 9. We were refered to Roofing Pros USA by a family member. We met with the sales rep within a few days. By the end of November my insurance gave us a settlement that we approved that included all damages caused by the storm including a full roof replacement. We met with Samantha and she took our deposit and tile selection after HOA approval. Due to production of the tiles, we got a slow start because it took almost 2 months for Eagle tiles to produce our selction. Samantha was great. She called me and gave me a status update every week and promptly returned all my calls. Once the tiles were delivered Roofing Pros USA did an excellent job of installing the new roof and bringing the roof to the new Florica building code Standards. When I inquired on how the new roof vents were to be installed, Randy and Jake brought more O' hagen vents to satisfy me and the new requirements The roof was installed using materials and and practices for Miami-Dade High Velocity Hurricane Zone standards. Today and tomorrow they will be putting the finishing touches on the roof and doing a final clean up. I can't say enough on Samantha's professionalism and dedication and also the hard work of the roofing crews. My wife and I are very pleased by the new roof that we got installed.
