As first time swim spa purchasers we checked out as many suppliers as possible. The sales staff at Ocala Pool Boys was very friendly and informative. James called us the day after our visit to follow up and was able to answer a miriad of questions. In the end we settled on purchasing a Jacuzzi J-16 from them. Delivery was as scheduled with no hitches. After installation we found a leaking joint caused by a bad o-ring. James returned my call immediately and set up a technician for the following morning. He has since called to ensure that everything is working well for us now, and it is. The spa offers a perfect mix of therapy for my husband and swim exercise for myself. Yes, you may have to wait a bit when they are busy but, to remain in business these days no-one can' afford to over staff. I'd rather wait a few minutes longer here than deal with overzealous sales staff or be ignored at the large chain stores. We are happy with our purchase and feel good about supporting a local small business. Thank you Ocala Pool Boys.

The sales side is good. They will provide a lot of information and help you find the right spa. They will also answer questions if you need. The delivery side is a different story. They delivered my new hot tub without a cover and said the cover was on their other truck and they would bring it the same day. Turns out they never had the cover and never checked, despite the hot tub sitting in their warehouse for two months. The process of getting a new cover shipped from another state was a mess of contradicting information. Meanwhile, the tub sat open outside and collected a lot of rainwater during a rare period of heavy storms and debris from nearby construction (I had nothing big enough to cover it). If they had been honest about not having the cover, I would have told them to wait on the delivery. They said they would "gift" me a pump to clean it out, but of course that never happened. In the end, I was able to bail most of the water and junk out and hopefully it did no permanent damage in the system. Needless to say, they never followed up on the mess up. When the cover finally arrived, they sent one guy who couldn't help with any of the clean up, instead of the crew. Your sale will go well, but once it's completed, hope you have no problems, because you will be on your own.

All staff have been phenomenal with their honesty & kindness in assisting us in taking the very best care of our pool without attempting to have us buy everything. Highly recommend this pool business 😊

We found the perfect hot tub at Ocala Pool Boys to meet our needs! We were looking for a small one and had been to several stores and looked online before finding just what we were looking for at Ocala Pool Boys. James and Cheney were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in helping us choose the right tub and teaching us how to maintain the water chemistry. They also advised us we could save some money if we used the tub for a medical reason which was very welcomed. Overall it was an extremely positive experience and we are thrilled with our purchase!
