His efficiency was commendable as each report was submitted to us via email in approximately five to six business days. He exhibited knowledge of the local real estate market trends as he discussed related factors that affected our properties' value, while responding to multiple questions. His attitude was polite and personable, never condescending. I can truly say that his customer service skills were outstanding! His written reports contained photos, data, and prices of comparable structures nearby, all of which were meaningful to me. Each exhibited much attention to details.
