Katherine, at the Ocala LL Flooring store, went way above and beyond to make our flooring shopping and purchase experience go so smoothly and stress free finding us the best deal for flooring that was exactly what we wanted! The staff at the Lumber Liquidators in Ocala are amazing! I didn't buy from them today, because they don't carry the specific tile wedge clips I needed (they don't sell tile anymore), but they helped me figure out the brand of the one I brought in, and where I could get it. They also showed me the tile install tools they still have for sale. Despite knowing I wasn't there to make a purchase, they went above and beyond to help. I'll definitely go back next time I need flooring supplies! Kat even walked me out to my car and went over proper grout care and maintenance!

Katherine was fantastic to work with. She really knows her stuff and made picking out new flooring way easier than I expected. She was patient, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed. You can tell she cares about helping customers find exactly what they need. I’d definitely recommend talking to Katherine if you’re shopping for flooring.

First time shopping at a LL store. Had a great experience. Bought some very nice vinyl plank flooring on sale for a great price. Sean was the main guy on site. Very polite, friendly, and helpful. He didn't even flinch to help us load the material. Definitely recommend this location if you're in the market for some new flooring.
