Katherine and Sean are amazing! They went above and beyond to find the flooring that went perfectly with my cabinetry and even found one within my very tight budget. They were both very professional and knowledgeable of the material and the process of replacing all the floors in our home. The result is AWESOME! Customer Service Is a Joke at Lumber Liquidators
If you’re looking for a place where employees act like helping customers is a burden, congratulations — you’ve found it!
I made a return three weeks ago, and the store manager, Justin, assured me the refund would show in two days. Three weeks later — after multiple store visits and countless phone calls — I finally got my refund… minus a restocking fee. The cherry on top? Justin told me I was “being difficult.” Really? After I had to chase down my own refund for weeks, I think patience was the only thing I didn’t run out of.
I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but between the lack of communication, careless service, and the “that’s just the way it is” attitude, it’s clear customer experience doesn’t exist here.
For a company that promotes quality and reliability, their service is shockingly unprofessional. Management clearly needs serious training in accountability and customer care. I won’t be returning — and I strongly recommend taking your business somewhere that actually values its customers.

Katherine, at the Ocala LL Flooring store, went way above and beyond to make our flooring shopping and purchase experience go so smoothly and stress free finding us the best deal for flooring that was exactly what we wanted! Our order arrived within the expected time and we installed the floor without a hitch. We have purchased 2 floors from LL Flooring and both have been a superior product. We will definitely purchase from Katherine again. Superior products and superior customer service!

This is my second experience with LL Flooring, first in CA 5 years ago which was EXCELLENT and now in Florida, again superb customer care! The only concern is that the customer be happy and that's so unusual in today's environment. I went into Ocala Florida and met Dave, we connected immediately ... I knew what I wanted and just needed to finalize details. Dave was equally no nonsense .... just read his customer and worked with me. I got samples, came home and in a matter of hours had my order placed. We were new to the area and I had a contractor thru my realtor... which turned out to be excellent installation! Our floors are beautiful, the process was seamless and smooth.. any issues were resolved quickly and with no stress. What a wonderful experience in a very stressful time of 2021....
