I'm very disappointed in the service. From poor customer service, to forgetting to clean filter, to no show days, mistakes in billing and even leaving my water house on and cutting the front of the water hose. For me the worst was dishonesty. I prefer a company that focuses on true customer satisfaction. I would never recommend. It's a shame they don't care about their customers.

Let me tell you how great these people were. I went in there with a broken piece of hose for my Coleman above ground pool. I tried to explain what was wrong with the new replacement hose. They actually listened until they understood what I was trying to explain. Even though I could not get the part from them, they helped me find the EXACT part I needed. I didnt spend a dime there, and they still helped me find it. Thank you for being so patient!

Service was awesome. They went above and beyond repairing a problem I had with my pump not priming. I will definitely use them again.
