I would like to recognize Yeuri Batista for his outstanding service. He is always friendly, professional, and responsive, and he consistently makes sure all of my pest control needs are taken care of. I have been a HomeTeam Pest Defense customer since my home was built in 2009, and when my first technician, Glenn Williams, left, I was concerned that the level of service I had come to expect might change. Thankfully, Yeuri has continued that same high standard of care and reliability. He takes the time to answer questions, address concerns, and ensure everything is handled thoroughly. I truly appreciate his dedication and excellent customer service. HomeTeam is fortunate to have him, and I highly recommend both Yeuri and their services.

This review is for your exemplary tech , Orion.
I cannot say enough positive comments about this young man. Since he has been treating our home, the bug problem is gone.
Huge relief. But his professionalism , knowledge , politeness and how he performs his job, are impressive qualities. I hope you intend to keep him as a technician, because I not only trust him in my home , but I am completely satisfied with his service. I might have to reconsider my contract, if he ever leaves.(lol) He is an excellent tech , and just an all around nice young man. Thank you for sending him to my home.

I highly recommend this company! Mr. Glen is beyond knowledgeable, professional and very thorough. I am super picky and even let go of another highly known company for lack of professionalism. Well Glen made this easy and purposeful. I saw the process and insects all coming out and dying. So it works!!! Will continue seeing process and will update. But I am very much happy with treatment and Glen. 🙏🏻🥳

Had a great experience from the first call and then with the technician coming out. Everyone has been kind, knowledgeable and professional. Made the call and got appointment for the next day. They even offered to work us in the same day which I thought was great.
