Anthony with Hefner Plumbing did a great job replacing my water heater and a couple of valves yesterday. He communicated well and explained the issues with the old unit very clearly. The installation looks super clean after he completed the job, too. I will definitely be calling Hefner again the next time I have a plumbing issue.

We recently had to move to another home. It’s 24 years old and in good shape, but the water lines to the fridge and dishwasher needed to be replaced. Hefner had replumbed our old house after a slab leak, so we called on them again. Dallas came out and got us all squared away, and everything’s working fine. They earned our trust in the past, and it was well placed. No plumbing work is cheap, but if you want professional reliable work done at a competitive price, Hefner can do the job. You won’t be disappointed.

Dallas responded to repair a dripping outdoor water hose spigot. He was extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. He took care of the problem in a timely manner, and then double checked his work to make sure everything was in proper working condition, something I have seen that other repair people did not do.
I am completely satisfied with his work.
Let's not forget Denise. The process started when she took my first telephone call regarding my concerns. She was also courteous and respectful, fully explaining the steps that would be taken for the repair.
I am very glad I have used Hefner Plumbing.

Our hot water heater stopped working and we called Hefner Plumbing, as they were referred to us by the previous owners of our house. Within hours Dallas called and arrived minutes later. He was very honest and knowledgeable and explained in detail all of our options. He was not pushy at all. We opted to have our hot water heater replaced and not repaired. He told us that he actually had a replacement on his truck and could install it right then. Which he did. He was done in a couple hours, the replacement was put back exactly where the old one was; in a closet, the invoice was exactly what he said it would be and we could not be happier. I would definitely recommend Dallas and Hefner Plumbing to anyone.

Dallas and Anthony were amazing! They were prompt and polite. They left a very clean work place and made sure all my needs were met. These guys deserve a raise! Would rate a 10 if possible!
