I recently just moved into a new home and have had Hefner Plumbing out three times within three weeks for different repairs and each time I had a fantastic experience. Most recent repair was when they replaced my hot water heater and utility sink-they even built an awesome base for the sink. From start to finish, they were prompt, professional, and extremely courteous. The team arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless when they were done.
What stood out most to me was their knowledge and how clearly they explained everything—they made the entire process stress-free. I also appreciated how respectful and trustworthy they were. I felt completely comfortable having them in my home while I was at work and my daughter was home.
It’s rare to find a company that combines top-quality work with such integrity and professionalism. I highly recommend Hefner Plumbing and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again!

I chose Hefner plumbing to install a water softener at my home. The plumber Dallas called me when he was 15 minutes out to let me know he was on the way which was great! Dallas and Anthony were very professional. They had my unit installed in just a few hours and they filled me in on how to maintain my softener, clean my sediment filter properly and how to add salt to my unit. I have dealt with many plumbers before but this was by far the best experience I have had when it comes to professionalism.

Jordan and Anthony arrived to unclog the sink drain. They immediately took action and cleaned out the clog. Very pleased with their professional expertise and kind and gentle manner. When Cody first arrived at our home for a scheduled estimate, I explained to him then that I had: 1) utilized other local plumbing companies in the past, and was satisfied with their service, 2) been doing a lot of online research concerning both equipment and services, and 3) always look past both the HIGH and LOW reviews, as they either never seem to be much of a clear indicator (this became difficult with Hefner as almost every review was highly rated). I also explained it seemed that with the overwhelming number of 5-star reviews, it seemed that anything negative centered on how much one pays (*which I address).
Cody acknowledged that he reads all of the reviews and knows what is said; he also commented that they always give a fair price, and would do right by us if we elected to have them for installation and maintenance. I now see why Hefner plumbing receives such a high number of 5-STAR reviews. And to cut to the chase on the price: they were fair, they were on-par with other estimates I received doing my research, and the service we received was well above what was expected. If ever the adage “you get what you pay for” were correct, it is with Hefner. *I will hold off on any comments on the equipment, as it is newly installed; yet we are very happy with initial usage. The equipment we have placed is upon recommendation within our consultation with Cody, and has been selected as per our needs/concerns.
There is a reason why Hefner Plumbing Company has so many 5-Star reviews - they earn them. Our experience could not have been any better. We have utilized many plumbing services, in many states, over the years, but have never had such professional, polite, and quality individuals throughout any process, let alone at every step along the way. Throughout our process of receiving an in-home estimate (Cody), to having a water filtration/softening system and reverse osmosis system installed (Dallas and Anthony), to timely call-backs and scheduling (Ms. Denise), everyone was timely, polite, and professional.
Although we have tried a couple of local services previously, we now have found "the” plumbing service that will remain in our phones and on our refrigerator (magnet); they will now be the only plumbing service we call!
If Hefner Plumbing provided a wide range of alternative services, they would be our go-to for each of these services as well, as someone has trained this company right. Quality services, quality products, polite, well-trained techs. Whether it's great owners/leaders/trainers along the way, or a mix of the above with great parenting to boot, we appreciate the great work and great attitudes.

We’ve been using Hefner Plumbing for over 6 years, both for our home and during a remodel, and have always been impressed with their service. Cody and Sean did a great job replumbing, replacing a water heater, installing a tub, and replacing all plumbing fixtures in my mother’s home, while Cody was quick to respond and fix a burst pipe in our kids’ bathroom. Today, Jordan and Anthony replaced our water heater and shut off valve. Their team is highly skilled, with a strong work ethic, always polite, professional, and takes the time to explain any questions. We highly recommend Hefner Plumbing!
