We had them replace our whole roof and they did it in a day and maybe 4 hours of the next day!! They did an amazing job!!! It’s perfect!! The workers were all super nice and very professional. To say they know what they doing would be an understatement. Thank u guys so much for making our house look new again. If you are contemplating on using them take this as your sigh to get it done by them. You will not regret it.

So here is a complete detail of my experience so far. Nick was great on the sales team and cut right to the chase on price. I love that versus other salesman who took 3 hours to give me a quote while I watched a drawn out presentation. They came out 4 weeks later and got the roof installed in one day. I was surprised that they knocked it out that quick. However, a few days later I noticed the old satellites that were going to be removed were thrown onto an old mower and the hood was smashed. And the cables were hanging from my soffit. Out of all the places to throw it they throw it on my mower. I was also shocked because the lead called me and assured the project went well and asked for a good review. The mower was old and I know crap happens sometimes but I figured someone might have said something or did a walk around and would have at least mentioned it. Then I text the lead explaining what I found and sent photos and the response was "I apologize that that happened. But is that mower in running condition it looks like it's been sitting there for a while." So if you have something that doesn't look like it has value on your property it's liable to get smashed and forgotten. The roof itself looked good. But the customer care and consideration brings it down to a 1 star. I'm hoping the siding, soffit, fascia, and gutters will go better with Certified Roofing Solutions.
