    I was cut off into my turning lane to go south on 441 from 92nd Place in Summerfield, Florida by this BFS van and then it turned back from the turn lane to the forward lane right before the turn lanes light changed. As I passed the van because the right turn and forward lane was still stopped on their red light I looked to see who was driving like that. It was a bearded mexican man talking on his cell phone he was holding up and shot me a bird or the middle finger. I suppose because I looked at him or he noticed I was taking pictures of his driving in his side mirrors. I am going to send these pics with my wife and my statements as well to the FHP. There is no call for this on our highways. We were only going to my V.A. appointment because I broke my foot. Real non professionalism of this employ in every which way to say the least.

    I love having a service contract with Broward Factory Service! I've had to call them for my air conditioner not working (the starter capacitor fried, they often do over time), then my dishwasher top rack broke a part, my hot water heater died (needed a new element), and my clothes dryer was making an awful rattling noise (the blower fan was clogged with lots of lint). The best thing is, everything is working now! No guesswork about feeling ripped off looking around for quotes, or paying for a repair that wasn't needed. They use their own techs which I appreciate so you know who is accountable if follow up is needed (it hasn't been necessary for me yet). Plus the coverage package is less then another house service contract I used to have, and no deductible! 5 stars, my wife is impressed with me getting a service contract from them, and so am I!

    We received their warranty as part of our home sale. The week after moving in we noticed our washer wasn’t working, I called and spoke to Lori. They had not received payment yet from the closing company as it was in the mail so they said now that they knew about this prior to the payment being processed it would be a pre existing condition and they would not cover it. She also said it would not be covered because the claim was within 30 days of the contact. She Talked to the manager and he also said they would not cover it. As a new homeowner given a home warranty at closing it would seem logical that I have a home warranty. No one told us up front —and it’s nowhere in the documentation that we cannot make a claim the first 30 days. I would not recommend this business. Very unprofessional. **update Sep 19, we had another reason to call for service today. We called at 5 PM and the answering machine said somebody would get back to us within one hour if it was off hours. It’s 8 PM and still no phone call.

    Complete lack of communication and professionalism among the staff. I have been trying to renew my home warranty with a different plan since July 14 and they can only tell me the payment has been "pending" almost a month. Then today they tried telling me that I never even gave them the payment information and gave my card information to someone who doesn't even work there. I have spoken to Mary, Louise, and Jessica when I have called but I just keep getting the run around. I don't understand how there is no follow up. Will not be using their services again

    Had my yearly HVAC maintenance check. Tech arrived as scheduled and completed his work to my satisfaction. I have the Gold plan and will continue to do so.
