Alpha Heating & Air Conditioning replaced my AC after several other companies came out and couldn’t get the job done. They were honest, efficient, professional, and explained everything clearly throughout the process. Great customer service and quality work. Service was great, the technician was cordial and professional.
I think the bill was a bit high but it was an emergency at night and you were the only one out of 8 companies claiming same day service that came through. I also gave you a maintenance contract, also pricey but I need a dependable company and you fit the bill.

Our air conditioning quit and we needed service soon. They were able to get with us the same day without an extra charge.
They kept us well informed with text updates.
The service tech was friendly and professional.
Will definitely use them again.

Huge thank you to Dave and the crew at Alpha Heating and Air Conditioning for coming out so fast this morning, being extremely thorough, and getting our AC fixed quickly.
An even bigger shout out to Dave for being so kind and friendly to my 1-year-old son while he was here. That kind of professionalism and kindness really stands out, and it’s greatly appreciated. Highly recommend these guys!
