All of my experiences with Alpha have been nothing less than amazing. They have doctored me along as long as possible until my unit ultimately needed to be replaced. When that time came, they gave me the best information for the unit we needed. They were quick with the quote and quick with the install. David the technician was very knowledgeable and led his crew well. Of course I expected that when he told me he was a veteran. The entire process was seamless and I'm happy to use Alpha and refer them to our customers. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The guys were terrific! Very courteous, hard working & the unit works perfectly. Good Job! Didn't expect it to be so expensive but I am hoping it was worth it. Have an issue with cleaners. Good workers but they parked on my driveway & dumped oil on my driveway from their car. Should not have parked on my driveway. I need it removed.

From beginning to end, the experience was stellar. From Jen at the front desk who went above and beyond to get us scheduled for service so quickly to David and his team that came out to our home for air duct cleaning. Everyone was professional and very respectful. Also cleaned up after themselves. Many Thanks! Way to go Alpha!

Alpha Heating & Air is awesome! Had an excellent experience from scheduling to inspection and estimating. My tech Mike gave a great explanation of the issues affecting my 15-year old AC & condenser unit. Gave me options - good, better and best to replace my system - talked rebates, incentives and service. Didn’t press the sale, which was nice, but made sure we had it figured out before leaving. Would recommend!
