    Blake and Justin from All Weather Heating and Cooling installed a new Lennox HVAC system inside and outside my home, and they were absolutely outstanding. Finding good tradesmen and true craftsmanship is hard to come by these days, but these two are the real deal. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure the entire installation was done right. Blake and Justin went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend All Weather Heating and Cooling, especially these two!

    Justin and Jeff came out to preform a duct cleaning. It was my first time having this done and they were very kind, informative and went above and beyond when we had an issue arise. Would recommend All Weather to anyone and everyone!!

    I scheduled this company to do a full cleaning (duct, vents, air handler unit) at my Grandmother’s home in Ocala. We also had a UV light installed for our system. They came in early, completed everything that was needed & wrapped up quickly. They also gave us a tutorial on routine maintenance (changing our air filters). I’m very happy with the service I received. Special thanks & shoutout to Justin and Edgar, they were absolutely great.

    Rarely leave reivews but when a company excels and delivers outstanding service I'm only too happy to take the time to recognize them. Chris was prompt, professional and through in keeping our AC system in peak performance. Can't recommend All Weather Heating & Cooling enough!

    In October 2025, we were closing on a property in Ocala and had a limited inspection period before our deposit became non-refundable. During that time, we discovered the home was not properly insulated. We negotiated with the seller to split the cost of installation, using All Weather because we had previously done business with them on another property. From our side, the service was completed before closing, and we paid our 50% immediately after installation. We provided the company with the seller’s agent information so the remaining balance could be handled at closing, as stated in the amendment. The seller did not want to pay out of pocket, which we understood, and I was told that if the seller didn’t pay, I would need to settle the remaining balance. That was not a problem for us. However, the next day, Jina Humphries, the VP of the company, began contacting my wife, our buyer’s agent, and the seller’s agent repeatedly. It took about two business days for us to amend our agreement and confirm that we would pay 100% upfront and be reimbursed at closing. During that short window, despite us giving our verbal agreement to cover the remaining balance, Jina continued calling and texting the seller’s agent nonstop. When I spoke to her directly, she stated she would charge my card without my authorization, threatened to sue my wife and me, and even threatened to report the buyer’s agent to the Ocala Board of Realtors. At no point did any of us refuse to pay; the level of pressure and harassment was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. We had previously hired this company on three separate occasions and even rated them 5 stars, so I never expected to leave a 1-star review. Unfortunately, this experience was entirely due to how Mrs. Humphries treated a timely paying, repeat customer. Blown-in insulation was installed on 10/8/25. We paid 50% on 10/8 and the remaining 50% on 10/13—just two business days later. After this incident, we attempted to cancel our service contract, but Mrs. Humphries told us we would not receive a refund for the unused maintenance. A couple of weeks later, the company called to schedule service, and I made it clear that I wanted my refund and wished to discontinue any relationship with them. I was transferred to Dylan Wesley Humphries, who refunded me immediately with no issues. Mrs. Humphries told us that if we were a “bigger company” this situation would not have been a problem. However, in all three of our previous transactions, we paid promptly and never had an issue. This experience was extremely disappointing, and we will not be doing business with them in the future.
