We had excellent service from One Hour A/C and Heating performed by Joshua. He determined quickly what needed to be done for 3 sinks and recommended a solution that would save us $ in the future. Joshua was polite to work with the past two service calls. He replaced a capacitor that may have cause the compressor to fail- saving us $2k.
The capacitor was approximately $200.
Will keep them for semi annual maintenance!

Kyle was very Helpful, Thorough, Courteous and more. We are hopeful that he will be able to obtain warranty parts and service our DUCANE AC UNIT, that has a defective compressor.

I had the pleasure of having a new unit installed and having the pleasure of Eric and Quinton to install it. I must say they were very friendly, very professional, did a excellent job and I am very pleased with the results and l would highly recommend this Family Company they really care and it shows.
