Overall they did a good job but there was a few issues that needed to get fixed the next day. I'm now 3 months in on a new installation and my AC stopped working out of nowhere. I called their phone number around 6 pm and they informed me that they couldn't come to fix it after hours as per the warranty. If they did come after hours they wanted to charge me $149 to send a service tech after paying almost $12k about 3 months ago.. I thought I had a warranty that would be 24/7 if something went wrong with my new unit, which would make sense. Welllll the woman on the phone told me that this service charge information was on the paperwork somewhere in the "small print"! Honestly they made me assume I was covered 24/7 for the first 2 years, but that obviously isn't the case. I'm really upset right now with this situation. Going forward if my unit breaks down after hours or on the weekends I'm screwed. I personally feel this is truly unfair. Now I gotta sweat it out all night hoping they can fix it 2moro. I'm not a happy camper!!
I just read their response! So I have to pay to find out what's wrong with my unit that you installed?? Is it just me, or does that make no sense. Even if you don't have "access to distributors" you can still come and diagnose the problem. It may be something simple that would get my unti up and running again! Once again I don't see how it's fair that I have to pay anything at all. So much for being a valued"member"!!

Joseph was professional, honest, friendly and helpful. He took the time to explain what we needed and why. The cost of replacing our unit was fairly priced. I highly recommend Joseph and All Star.

Can’t say enough about Antonio’s work! He was on time, professional and very thorough in his troubleshooting. Our A/C had heat but no cooling, and family coming in a couple days. Antonio was able to find a way to get our A/C running again till he could get parts and final repairs done. We and our family had a great visit, and everyone was able to keep their cool!

Joseph M., the technician, was really Awesome! He very calmly and competently explained everything he did and what to expect moving forward. I hope he will be the tech who services my next scheduled maintenance. He even was unfazed by a nosey neighbor who stopped by to check on me...they had a nice conversation. Thank you!
