Kyle and Joe were our Technicians today and they did an amazing job! Very professional, friendly, honest and explained everything. I highly recommend All Star they do not disappoint.

We had excellent service from One Hour A/C and Heating performed by Joshua. He determined quickly what needed to be done for 3 sinks and recommended a solution that would save us $ in the future. Joshua was polite to work with the past two service calls. He replaced a capacitor that may have cause the compressor to fail- saving us $2k.
The capacitor was approximately $200.
Will keep them for semi annual maintenance!

Got a six month system check up everything seem fine. The repair man did a fine job. He was nice and did everything in a good matter. and this was in our contract price for the two years I believe so as well worth it

Kyle was very Helpful, Thorough, Courteous and more. We are hopeful that he will be able to obtain warranty parts and service our DUCANE AC UNIT, that has a defective compressor.
