Very Bad and disrespectful receptionist that are working at the front desk. Very unprofessional probably have problems with hearing people well.

The survey was fine, they got my name and address wrong on the hard copy of survey. When I inquired, they said it was an autocorrect and typo error and were really sorry. For $3600.00 they should be more responsive or fixed it!
