He is always friendly, professional, and responsive, and he consistently makes sure all of my pest control needs are taken care of. I have been a HomeTeam Pest Defense customer since my home was built in 2009, and when my first technician, Glenn Williams, left, I was concerned that the level of service I had come to expect might change. Thankfully, Yeuri has continued that same high standard of care and reliability. He takes the time to answer questions, address concerns, and ensure everything is handled thoroughly. Had a great experience from the first call and then with the technician coming out. Everyone has been kind, knowledgeable and professional. Made the call and got appointment for the next day. They even offered to work us in the same day which I thought was great.

My tech Chris Nelson is top tier . Super friendly very considerate and professional !! knows his job!! Always arrives set schedule!!! Prices are very reasonable. Been a customer for about 3 years and some months . Chris knows what he’s doing and has informed me so much on pest control.
