Kisha at Turner Pest Control is great, very personable and friendly. I love that they went above and beyond to spray with extra caution in my young daughters rooms. Everyone I have encountered so far has been great but this visit truly stood out. Thanks!

Turner Pest Control has been nothing but a nightmare. Because of their incompetence and negligence, our once healthy lawn is now completely dead, leaving our yard an eyesore. Nearly a year ago, they promised to replace the sod, but after 11 months of back and forth, and constant excuses, they are now going back on their word.
We paid for new sod and landscaping two years ago and trusted Turner Pest Control to maintain it, a huge mistake! The revolving door of techs, lack of knowledge, and lack of a real plan shows they have no clue what they’re doing.
This company does not honor their commitments, nor do they have the knowledge or professionalism to provide the services they sell. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Turner Pest Control and find a company that actually knows how to care for your lawn and stand behind their promises.

We've been with Turner Pest Control, and Regal before Turner purchased the company, for years and have always been very happy with the services and the great people. We have the house and yard bundle. Just yesterday Keith Estey did the bi-monthly yard spray and was apologetic for accidentally having a small limb break off of one of the little trees we have, which is no big deal at all, but he made a point of pointing it out.

I called and made an appointment. Took the day off from work to meet with the tech. They didn't show up.
I called again a couple weeks. Made an appointment. Took the day off work to meet with the tech. They didn't show up.
I pay them monthly For service. To get them scheduled again I'll need to miss more work, and wait at home for them to not show up. I think my time with turner is on its way out.

Kisha with Turner Pest Control does a fantastic job! Always very friendly and very thorough. We highly recommend her and the Turner team anytime you need to get rid of unwanted bugs inside the house and the around the perimeter.
