Jaydon Pagan from All You Need Pest Control did a great job. He was very friendly, and clearly knew what he was talking about. He walked me through what he was treating and why, which I really appreciated. He didn’t rush and made sure everything was taken care of before he left. The whole experience was easy and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend Jaydon to anyone who needs pest control done right.

My 77 year old mother is taking care of my 99 year old grandmother. Prior to this, my mom brought someone in need that needed a home for 4 months.. unfortunately this person brought bed bugs with them. My mother needed treatment so I sent her over $2000 to have it done. This was done in October and the person that brought the bed bugs was no longer there at the time.
Fast forward to January, the bed bugs are still there. The pest control service said its past 30 days and won't do another service without getting paid again (another huge sum). Terrible company taking advantage of the elderly. Should be ashamed of yourselves, truly. Karma will come back.

We have used Turner Pest Control for years and never had a problem. Recently, we noticed that no one was coming as scheduled (we have a Ring doorbell and a big, unfriendly dog). There was never anyone on our property, ringing our doorbell, or captured on our video camera. The technician noted that he was here when he was not. I found an issue they should have been handling but were not, and called to cancel. I was told that even though I am the account holder's wife and have been authorized to act on my husband's behalf FOR YEARS, I could not cancel the account without his verification. The email address is clearly my name (it's my own URL), and the phone number on file is mine. The receptionist hung up on me. I was not being rude at all, she stated that she did not know how to explain it to me any clearer (sic), and then hung up. I would NOT recommend this company.

If I could give zero stars I would. Paid $1300.00 up Front. They were great for the first couple of weeks . Then I had to call repeatedly to get them to come out. Then found out I paid 1300$ for trips and peanut butter … I was told that they put a trap that would alert them every time it caught something never unplugged device in my kitchen and still had to call them to come out repeatedly. My son and son in law and my self had
To empty traps because they did not come out … tried to get management to call back … nothing … finally he left a message tried to call him back nothing … So I completely wasted 1300.00 dollars gave up on calling it was pointless.

Turner Pest Control has been nothing but a nightmare. Because of their incompetence and negligence, our once healthy lawn is now completely dead, leaving our yard an eyesore. Nearly a year ago, they promised to replace the sod, but after 11 months of back and forth, and constant excuses, they are now going back on their word.
We paid for new sod and landscaping two years ago and trusted Turner Pest Control to maintain it, a huge mistake! The revolving door of techs, lack of knowledge, and lack of a real plan shows they have no clue what they’re doing.
This company does not honor their commitments, nor do they have the knowledge or professionalism to provide the services they sell. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Turner Pest Control and find a company that actually knows how to care for your lawn and stand behind their promises.
