A couple of staff members I've encountered aren't really very friendly and make you feel like you're bothering them, but others that are there are really great! Overall a terrific place to get what you need.

Had an excellent experience with Ms. Odaliz Toribio here at this Pinch A Penny. I usually don't go to this location as I have found the staff to be very professional however not very friendly. Ms. Odaliz however, was incredibly friendly. She greeted me with a big smile and "hello" as I entered and then came to the back to quickly and efficiently test my water. She didn't try and sell me anything, carried on some chit chat and just told me I needed 2 cups of Muriatic acid. Excellent experience. I will return.

Mark the owner and his service field agent Robert are the best. If you have any issues with your pool, they can handle everything. They Put a whole new system for my pool and always help me with controlling my chemicals in the water. I would highly recommend them for Your pool needs.
