We found the perfect hot tub at Ocala Pool Boys to meet our needs! We were looking for a small one and had been to several stores and looked online before finding just what we were looking for at Ocala Pool Boys. James and Cheney were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in helping us choose the right tub and teaching us how to maintain the water chemistry. They also advised us we could save some money if we used the tub for a medical reason which was very welcomed. Overall it was an extremely positive experience and we are thrilled with our purchase!

Great initial customer service. Sales process was smooth and straightforward. Love the water testing consults and that you can take your water in for testing.Overall communication was great. Sometimes when you go back in for a follow up or other items/purchases you have to wait a long time to get service. I think they could handle multiple customers a bit better when multiple staff are available. Overall very happy with Pool Boys.

The sales side is good. They will provide a lot of information and help you find the right spa. They will also answer questions if you need. The delivery side is a different story. They delivered my new hot tub without a cover and said the cover was on their other truck and they would bring it the same day. Turns out they never had the cover and never checked, despite the hot tub sitting in their warehouse for two months. The process of getting a new cover shipped from another state was a mess of contradicting information. Meanwhile, the tub sat open outside and collected a lot of rainwater during a rare period of heavy storms and debris from nearby construction (I had nothing big enough to cover it). If they had been honest about not having the cover, I would have told them to wait on the delivery. They said they would "gift" me a pump to clean it out, but of course that never happened. In the end, I was able to bail most of the water and junk out and hopefully it did no permanent damage in the system. Needless to say, they never followed up on the mess up. When the cover finally arrived, they sent one guy who couldn't help with any of the clean up, instead of the crew. Your sale will go well, but once it's completed, hope you have no problems, because you will be on your own.

This place makes you feel like family from the first time you met everyone from there !! Cheanay is amazing… she works with US in every way possible to get our hot tub set up!!! I will definitely continue to go back for support and help in running my hot tub… Thank you so much for your support .. 1/9/26 I needed to let know how amazing it is to deal with James and Gary !! They are always educating and supportive of me to make sure my Hot Tub is in good condition for me to use !!! Thank you for a great service to the community

Ocala Pool Boys did an excellent job from day 1. Listened to my need, never tried to oversell me, and waited patiently while I made my decision. The Jacuzzi 315 with the new neck jets is amazing !! From the sales staff to the delivery team...it was White Glove service. I would recommend you go see them for any pool or spa needs. They also help with aftercare and making sure water has all the proper elements for a great experience.
