I spoke with Cheanay about a specific part I needed for my pool. Even though she couldn’t find it right away, she took the time to research it, called me back, and let me know exactly where I could get it. That level of service is almost unheard of today.
I’m based in New Jersey with an Airbnb property in Ocala, and my local pool maintenance team said the part would take a week to get. Thanks to Cheanay’s dedication and going the extra mile, we got it immediately. Because of her, Ocala Pool Boys has earned my business from here on out.

Ocala Pool Boys did an excellent job from day 1. Listened to my need, never tried to oversell me, and waited patiently while I made my decision. The Jacuzzi 315 with the new neck jets is amazing !! From the sales staff to the delivery team...it was White Glove service. I would recommend you go see them for any pool or spa needs. They also help with aftercare and making sure water has all the proper elements for a great experience.

I bought a 3 person Jacuzzi from them and they were outstanding through the whole sales process of helping me decide on the hot tub that was best for my needs and budget. The delivery of my hot tub was also excellent.
