I phoned this company late Friday afternoon and announced my A/C was not working and that I purchased a maintenance agreement last August when I closed on my home. I was told a service technician would be at my home in 40 minutes.
He was indeed there in 40 minutes. This technician (Sully) was very patient and knowledgeable. After troubleshooting my unit, he communicated every aspect of what was wrong and fixed each issue in a timely manner. He is definitely an asset to Broward Factory Service. I would recommend this service company to everyone.

Don't get a home warranty that is serviced with these folks. They came out to check my washer, which worked when I moved in a month ago.. They claimed it was preexisting and the repair would be almost 400 dollars, cost to me. So $400 plus the $75 dollars they charged me. That is nuts. We could buy a new low end washer for that. Total rip off. I suggest you avoid at "all cost".

John from Summerfield serviced our air conditioner today. He did an excellent job. He politely answered all the questions I had and I would highly recommend John and Broward Services when you need work done.

As a Realtor® I highly recommend Broward Factory Service to all of my customers. There's no service fees involved and if they can't fix it,they replace it. You can't go worng with that!

I love having a service contract with Broward Factory Service! I've had to call them for my air conditioner not working (the starter capacitor fried, they often do over time), then my dishwasher top rack broke a part, my hot water heater died (needed a new element), and my clothes dryer was making an awful rattling noise (the blower fan was clogged with lots of lint). The best thing is, everything is working now! No guesswork about feeling ripped off looking around for quotes, or paying for a repair that wasn't needed. They use their own techs which I appreciate so you know who is accountable if follow up is needed (it hasn't been necessary for me yet). Plus the coverage package is less then another house service contract I used to have, and no deductible! 5 stars, my wife is impressed with me getting a service contract from them, and so am I!
Update, after having to call for service again on my dryer (different issue) they said the dryer control board part was not covered and I would have to pay another $290. I didn't see dryer control board coverage when I signed up, but it costs $150 a year (which is crazy). So although I like that I can call them up generally for a free service call, you may be surprised with a parts bill.
