We first purchased special-order 'red shag' carpeting at Georgia Floors when we moved to our new home in Ocala years ago. Their HUGE American flag in property, caught our attention, We have since been customers there for many years.
Our most recent visits were last month for our son's first home purchase. He wanted carpeting upstairs and waterproof, wood laminate downstairs. Both American-made!
Charlie spent all kinds of time helping with requested product characteristics we were seeking. We were able to purchase the nicest carpeting (matching remnants) as well as the waterproof wood laminate planks..all Mohawk.
Mike heard Charlie and me talking, and he went and found a sample board of additional plank color samples. Charlie then ordered what we needed after their awesome installers (Chuck and Chuck/father and son) came out to access what our son needed with flooring measurements, in addition to leveling, concrete prep work, and to fortify the existing cement cracks downstairs.
I just can't say enough about yet another great experience at Floors Direct. We would always look around, but they earned our business each time since 2003. This time, Charlie followed-up to make sure we were happy, twice! - as upstairs and downstairs had different flooring products and installation needs.
We are thrilled with everything, and appreciate Charlie's unwavering commitment to attaining the look, quality and pricing we wanted!

I had a leak that flooded my home and I had to replace ALL of the floors. The staff at Georgia floors could not have been nicer. The prices were very competitive and the delivery an execution was flawless. I hope I don’t need them again anytime soon but if I do ever need flooring again I would call them immediately. Highly recommend.
