We actually met Gary the owner at the Home Show in Ocala, he explained our options for engineered hardwood flooring and the options for carpet in our two bedrooms, for a new home we just bought in Ocala. They worked with us on the installation timeline and even though we had a few little blips it all worked out. Katherine, Hayden and Gary all were great to work with! Great experience with Carpet One Floor & Home. The team was professional, helpful, and easy to work with from start to finish. I closed on a new house and had a small window of time to get work done. Most of the house had tile, but there was some carpet I wanted to take out prior to move-in. I had 1600 sq ft of carpet removed and new flooring installed in a 3 day period prior.
I asked for a halt on work at that point so we could move our possessions into the house on both floors. After we got everything moved in, Pedro and his team came back and did the stairs. Beautiful one piece stair tops that curve around the front of the riser. Talk about beautiful! I did some shopping around and they were competitively priced with other private vendors and Home Depot/Lowes.
After finding out the square footage, Mark reduced the price of the flooring which made it even more affordable. From the in-store experience, which gave me an upfront idea of what it would cost, to the professionalism of the install crew (Pedro & Team, you rock!), I am extremely satisfied with the installation and flooring and would recommend Carpet One for any size project.

Fantastic finished product, We love our carpet. We had a team of two men, Eddie and Robert, I recommend asking for them by name. The quality of their workmanship was seen in their finished product. My carpet looks great. I am very happy and satisfied with my flooring and with Carpet One. Again, I highly recommend asking for Eddie and Robert by name, you won’t be disappointed. Purchased vinyl flooring from their former location in The Villages. It was installed incorrectly and have been fighting with the company to resolve ever since. My floor is a tripping hazard in 3 places and has to have tape to hold it door in the bathroom threshold. Two of their own Customer Service reps said it was installed incorrectly. In addition, an independent flooring inspector has determined it was installed incorrectly and the company still refuses to remedy. I would highly recommend going somewhere else for your flooring needs.
