Now on to the excellence of Ryan the technician that came to service my AC great attitude, excellent communication as to the problem, friendliness, and very professional. If I had a company I would definitely recommend him due to his communicating what was wrong and what steps I need to take to prevent this from happening again. Carlos went over and above to fix our unit. We are new customers. He explained everything he was doing, showing my husband the parts and explaining was going on..He also explained the bill. As a bonus our dogs just loved him.

Came into our office this morning with no working A/C. Called All American and Carlos showed up within 2 hours! He worked his magic and had us going within another 2 hours. I cannot say enough about how pleasant, courteous and informative he was every step of the way. He even gave me his personal fan to use while he worked outside and in the attic heat! I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company anytime, especially if they send Carlos!!

Their technician arrived promptly, was extremely professional, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem.
