Last Friday, I came home and half of my downstairs was dark! Breaker kept flipping, no lights - full blown panic on my part - it's Friday, would we be able to get someone so late on a Friday or how much would it cost to get someone out on the weekend! I know Voltham through their participation in the Ocala Business Leaders group and they definitely exhibited the professionalism, courtesy and excellence that we look for.
When I sent a text, because it was after hours, I got a call back within 30 minutes. I was expecting to hear, we will get out there sometime...Thomas called me back quickly and eased my anxiety - he would have someone out to me that evening. His guy was across town, but would come right after. Excellent customer service!
When the technician arrived, he jumped right in - started troubleshooting the issue (didn't like the "scream" test, but it was effective :)). He found out we had water in one of our outlets that was causing the circuit to flip. He could have very easily "sold" us that we needed a new breaker, etc., but he was honest and ethical. Even gave me some tips on how we can schedule them to come to get a better cost (even though they are very reasonable!).
All that being said, if I could give Volthom more than 5 stars I would. They helped ease my anxiety as well as my 85 year old father. You all are amazing and appreciate all you did for us! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I always say that Volthom Electric has the best team of electricians around and I mean it 100%! Thomas and his team are professional, responsive, and take pride in their work. They use the same precision, care and quality whether doing a small or big job and the knowledge they have makes projects go smoothly and efficiently. Amazing work by Jeremy. We had a major remodel and he was able to figure out how to resolve all the issues and his final work was impeccable. We would definitely use Volthom Electric again, as long as we could get Jeremy as our technician again.
