Great job on our yard. I can, without a doubt, recommend Precision Lawn and Landscape for anything you need done. Brandon, the owner, was very responsive, from the beginning with the quote to the end of the work. His crew, Juan and AJ, arrived on time and immediately went to work.
We have 2 Golden Retrievers who decided a large dirt pit was preferable to the grass we once had. Juan and AJ planted privacy bushes and put down sod to cover the dirt. Everyone in our house is extremely happy with the finished product. Well, everyone except our two dogs who will no doubt question why we would cover their beloved dirt. They’re already giving me their side-eye.
All jokes aside, we had a wonderful experience, and when we’re ready for more landscaping, I will immediately call Marion Precision Lawn and Landscape.

When a company damages a vehicle when your cutting grass please don’t assume that pine cones happen to just fall from a tree and damage a car Brandon. Your cutting grass And objects ricochet towards my car door then it needs to get taken care of. Derek you do not come off to be a person that is professional in handling a situation respectfully your very rude. If this was your mother,wife or sister you would be highly upset with what you said over the phone to her she was not asking for a wad of money like you said she wants her door fixed how ever you needed to do it. You said have her insurance company call yours with your business name because she doesn’t need your actual name. So that will be done today.
My camera is evidence the phone call is evidence my dents are evidence the story coincides with everything and when did I ever ask Brandon your employee for money on the spot? I said I just want my door fixed !
Honesty goes a long way and so does class which as I can read from your response you have none. I don’t have nothing to prove on here but it seems you do. When you have a conversation with someone have the decency to at least tell the real story don’t lie about it. Your a sad little man.

How would you give an estimate for something that you don't see in person? It's impossible. I tried to explain that i don't just need lawn care, but a few projects. Your entire response is 100% not true. None of it. And yes, you absolutely told me you wouldn't even consider doing work or giving an estimate if I don't give you an email, so stop lying.
Couldn't even get someone to come out and give me an estimate. Brandon Knight was very rude and said they won't hand write or text estimate for a small job, clearing an alleyway. I've gotten 2 other verbal quotes from co.'s, so why complicate things for such a small job? I'm pretty sure demanding an email is against my rights. I can communicate however I chose.

We had our 6,000sq ft lawn (mostly weeds) removed and replaced with St Augustine grass and it looks great. The crew was great and worked extremely hard and got everything done in 3 days. They checked and adjusted all the sprinklers to make sure they worked properly after the grass was in. Highly recommend!
