Anthony with Hefner Plumbing did a great job replacing my water heater and a couple of valves yesterday. He communicated well and explained the issues with the old unit very clearly. The installation looks super clean after he completed the job, too. I will definitely be calling Hefner again the next time I have a plumbing issue.

We recently had to move to another home. It’s 24 years old and in good shape, but the water lines to the fridge and dishwasher needed to be replaced. Hefner had replumbed our old house after a slab leak, so we called on them again. Dallas came out and got us all squared away, and everything’s working fine. They earned our trust in the past, and it was well placed. No plumbing work is cheap, but if you want professional reliable work done at a competitive price, Hefner can do the job. You won’t be disappointed.

Dallas responded to repair a dripping outdoor water hose spigot. He was extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. He took care of the problem in a timely manner, and then double checked his work to make sure everything was in proper working condition, something I have seen that other repair people did not do.
I am completely satisfied with his work.
Let's not forget Denise. The process started when she took my first telephone call regarding my concerns. She was also courteous and respectful, fully explaining the steps that would be taken for the repair.
I am very glad I have used Hefner Plumbing.

We had an issue with sewer smell inside the house that I spent weeks trying to solve. I thought calling a plumber would cost a fortune. I finally gave up and called Hefner plumbing. Dallas came to my house and within 15 minutes identified the problem and was able to come up with a fix. He was able to get the plumbing fixed and have our kitchen back in working order at a very reasonable price. Great work, great people! Highly recommend!

Hefner Plumbing is an excellent plumbing company. Personnel are always on time and they are professional but also very friendly. Dallas has been especially helpful in helping my wife and me with our plumbing problems.
