Stephen and Dustin performed an AC maintenance today. They were very prompt and professional. Let me know what I needed to do to keep my AC unit in good condition and didn’t try to push any additional services. I really appreciate their efficienct work and because I was so satisfied, I signed up for monthly contract. Highly recommend.

Called this morning and they showed up within 2 hours to fix my Franklin package unit heat pump. Our home was very hot but the technician quickly diagnosed the issue with our capacitor. Great presentation of options, too.

Prior to leaving town tomorrow I had a significant blockage in my sewer line and called Sunshine Services was assigned Benny Crumpton as the service technician. He arrived around 1630 and worked diligently to remove the clog, he also replaced the entire toilet due to other plumbing issues. Most impressive though is that he worked until the job was completed, well above and beyond what I expected as normal work hours. He left my house at 2200, not until the entire job was completed.
Throughout he was courteous, took care to not track dirt throughout. Well deserving of a 5 star rating.

Benny came out to my home for a camera inspection due to a plumbing issue. He was very attentive and did not rush me in asking questions. He explained everything very well and also provided me options. I had a lot of questions and he took the time to answer all my questions. I’m looking forward to getting my repairs completed and if the rest of the staff is as attentive as Benny, I know I’ll be satisfied. Thank you Benny for explaining things as you were checking everything and for the time you spent on this call. It was greatly appreciated.

Andrew was excellent! he answered all my questions and concerns. he knew more about my house than I did and gave a professional opinion on my situation. it was so helpful. he did the repair and followed all the steps to make sure it was fixed right.
