Kyle and Derrick were great. They identified the problem quickly, walked us through the options to repair if, were very clear about costs, what needed to be done now and what needed to be considered for the near future to ensure the unit continued to run optimally.
They were easy to talk to, not pushy about upselling and they helped us figure out we were under warranty when we didn’t think we were.
I would highly recommend.

Kyle was great to work with. Did a fantastic job of explaining what the issue was and providing a fair quote for what needed to be done. At the end my bill was lower than the original quote.
Would recommend Kyle every time.
I also went with the yearly service plan after working with Kyle. Which is generally against my nature but it will prove to be well worth the cost and save me from having to do it.

Derrick was great. Very courteous and friendly. He did his work quickly and quietly. Was very friendly with my 2 small dogs. Made them feel at ease by talking to and petting them. A great representative of your company.

I am 85 yrs old and spent my years in Sales and marketing as a business consultant. Antonio did an excellent and thorough job in checking my AC system and appeared to have good knowledge concerning all aspects of the system. He explained and recommended things he found could be improved upon. It would help if he smiled more and projected a more friendly expression. This is a major part of sales to develop a connection with one's clients.

Antonio taught me how to service my unit monthly between visits. I had no idea that I was supposed to use white vinegar and water to clean the pipes every month.Who knew?!! No one has ever given me such thorough instructions before. He was wonderful!
