Sun Kool AC recently replaced 2 existing heat pump systems with new. Their salesman, office staff and on-site techs were courteous, timely, helpful and completed all the work at the quoted price they agreed too. If and when I have future HVAC related work, I will reach out to them again. In the meantime, I intend to recommend Sun Kool AC to my dear friends and family.

Sunkool Air Conditioning did an amazing job! The team was professional, on time, and super friendly. They explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. My AC is running perfectly now and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest service!

Sunkool Air Conditioning Inc is amazing! They showed up on time, were super professional, and got my AC running better than ever. The tech explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. You can tell they really care about their customers. I’ll definitely be calling Sunkool again for any AC needs — highly recommend!

Andrew and Brandon are awesome. They came and fixed the problem quickly. They even helped me improve the airflow in the house and taught me a bunch of incredible information to keep my ac unit working and maintained. Awesome company, highly recommend!

They do not deserve one star but negative 50 is not allowed. They are unprofessional, unproductive-lazy, discourteous and any other words you can think of to describe subpar work ethics and business practices.
A.C. quit working shortly after a service all ensuring everything was good. After 1 week without A.C in the middle of July, it was finally fixed. But the person was aloof, and even overheard stating he hated his job and the company.
When I called to speak to a manager the person answering the phone seemed like she would rather do anything other than answer the phone or speak professionally to customers.
A manager was supposed to call back and have someone come through to inspect the subpar job and fix my concerns.
To this day not one call to address or fix the issue with the sloppy job, tools and trash left behind and not one apology for rude and lazy behavior. This is ludicrous because I was a loyal customer prior to this horrible child like job. Oh and they charged 2X the amount they should have.
DO NOT Trust them!!
