Cory Pool, the owner of Cornerstone Inspections, did our inspection.
I was impressed with his work. He spent a total of 2 hours and 20 minutes doing his tests and answering our questions. He seemed very thorough and professional. He set 7 spore traps total throughout the house (and one as a baseline outside), and did IR moisture testing house wide. He used his Protimeter instrument to search for moisture in the flooring and walls in the suspected areas (our den). He did an exact map of the moisture found in the floor and annotated it with chalk. He checked, and. fortunately, there was no moisture in the walls.
FWIW, Protometer is the "gold standard" moisture detector used by mold inspectors, according to grok.com.
Corey is a good man, and I believed he served us as he would have his parents. We appreciate all that he did for us, and now consider him a good friend. I have mold-related health issues and he has stayed in touch after the inspection.

Well worth every penny. They were great. I have a rather large property with many out buildings and they were so thorough they found outlets that needed repair. The owners came out to talk to us and they were very nice and explained everything that they were doing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Colby was did a great job. He was already in the process of inspection when I arrived 5 minutes into scheduled appointment. He was dressed neat, very friendly and answered my questions. I would recommend them.

I can’t say enough about this company!
They did a stellar inspection and personally contacted me to discuss the results. Wonderful detailed pictures and presentation.
Further, when the sellers, unscrupulous realtor, tried to influence them, they phoned immediately to inform me. A sellers realtor should have zero business interfering with a vendor retained by a buyer.
This is the quality of personal care this company extended to me in my buying process.
