These guys are great. Great communication from the start, responding quickly to emails. Encouraged me to be at the property for the inspection and filled me in on the good and bad as they found it. Got my final report back within less than 24 hours. I’m happy with their findings and helped me make a decision on my purchase of the property. Corey came to our home to test for mold, and I was impressed. He showed up on time and finished in a timely manner. I had a very complicated situation where I had mold in my attic and having a young baby, I needed a company that was very proficient and trustworthy. He explained all the results and guided me what action to take next. He recommended an air purifier and to replace entire ductwork. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable and trustworthy to assess your home, Corey is someone I would trust because he’s professional and trustworthy. And definitely knows what he’s talking about. Don’t even hesitate, because mold in your home is definitely something not to be played around with. very thorough inspection. They check roofing and found areas of concern on a brand new home and electrical panel issues. Very good experience with them. Report was next day and full of pictures backing up areas of concern
