We had amazing communication through the project, young gentleman who respected our home and property, and there was not a bit of trash/debris left behind.
I am a General Contractor & Roofing Contractor myself and that allows me to interact with many other contractors and Trade specialists; comparing Alpha to others in their trade and in other trades, they are setting the bar high for communication, cleanliness, respect, excellence, knowledge and integrity.

Joshua Smith with Alpha Heating & Air Conditioning completed my service call today. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to show and explain the issue with my unit. He was very thorough and double checked his work ensuring the unit continued to work properly before finishing the service call. I’ve worked with other companies in the area, but Mr. Smith and Alpha has by far been the best. I highly recommend them.

Josh came to perform annual maintenance on our unit and explained everything he was going to do every step of the way. Very knowledgeable, reliable and friendly. We just had our carpets cleaned and they were still damp so I appreciated him wrapping his feet prior to getting to work! This is a great privately owned company and I would recommend them for any of your HVAC needs. They are competent, honest, reasonably priced and stand by their work.

I called alpha at around 530 on Friday night because my house would not cool down. Josh smith showed up at around 8. He was very knowledgeable and honest. He was here until about 10 PM. He was very thorough and he got everything working again. I highly recommend alpha heating and air and their technician Josh Smith both are fantastic.there are the only ac company you should call.

The Alpha team replaced my HVAC system today and I am very impressed with their work! Everyone involved in the process was professional, knowledgeable, polite, timely, and kind. They offered a reasonable price and did an excellent job!
