I run a property management company her in Ocala and whenever and A/C goes down they are quick to get there, honest with the solution, and kind. I recommend them to anyone. They also have affordable maintenance plans that keep my owners units running extending the life of the units and keeping larger repair costs down. Jen at the office is always happy to take the call and get someone out to tackle the problem. If you need help with your A/C look no further than this family owned business. They will not disappoint.

From beginning to end, the experience was stellar. From Jen at the front desk who went above and beyond to get us scheduled for service so quickly to David and his team that came out to our home for air duct cleaning. Everyone was professional and very respectful. Also cleaned up after themselves. Many Thanks! Way to go Alpha!

Alpha Heating & Air is awesome! Had an excellent experience from scheduling to inspection and estimating. My tech Mike gave a great explanation of the issues affecting my 15-year old AC & condenser unit. Gave me options - good, better and best to replace my system - talked rebates, incentives and service. Didn’t press the sale, which was nice, but made sure we had it figured out before leaving. Would recommend!
