Coral was incredible, as she stayed in touch every step of the way and made sure everything was handled with care and precision. Trevon was very knowledgeable during the initial walkthrough, and Shilow helped keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. Really impressed with the professionalism and communication from start to finish. I love my new generator. Our experience with our Generac has been absolutely fantastic from quote to installation. We were kept up to date and informed of every step from permitting to site visits. The crew that installed (Jordan) was meticulous, the care and precision he and his partner exhibited on our generator installation was amazing to watch. They were accommodating to our schedule and arrived on time. the site was raked up and clean, nothing was over looked. We are still pending the installation of our propane tank but we are confident that the level of service we have received will continue. The price we received was fair and in line with other vendors. With Trademark Electric, you don't get what you paid for, you get more!

I have been blessed to work with Trademark electric for many years.They assisted my service dog Zoe and I when my first generator was installed improperly despite having permits and was ruined. Having a permanent generator is not a luxury for me which I didn't know when I purchased my home. It is a necessity due to an elevated lift station and living in a rural area.. The owner of trademark electric, as well as their staff have always gone above and beyond to make sure that our needs have been meet. This has also included electrical services, such as lighting, wiring ,etc.,Thoughout the years. after they installed my new generator I have had no issues. They do the regular maintenance and make sure it runs correctly. If I ever have questions, I just reach out to them and I get them an immediate answer. I have referred many people to them and they have been just as happy as I am with their services. They knew my previous service dog Zoe before she passed away and they have watched Freedom my current service dog grow into an amazing boy.He is a Patriot Service dog and works with me at the fire dept.Trademark electric is one of the most professional and caring companies I have ever been blessed to work with in my life.We highly recommend them .They truly care about their customers and do their jobs very well. As a first responder, I also suggest if you're looking into a generator, you don't wait until the last minute. Trademark Electric are lifesavers. They have made a tremendous difference in our lives. Ric…the Service Manager and technician is one of the best representatives of any company that I have dealt with. He knows his field of expertise, follows up after a service call and goes the extra mile. A rare bird in this age of ho hum who cares and shoddy workmanship. He’s a treasure.

I am so glad I chose Trademark for my whole house generator. First, Coral and Shlloh in the office are fantastic! Answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns in a professional manner.
As for the installation, Gregg and "G" were GREAT! Friendly, informative and knowledgeable. They did a wonderful job, very organized and neat. I highly recommend Trademark Electric!
